Delete Your Account

How to delete your account and associated data for OceanMind: Breathwork, published by OCEANMIND WELLNESS INC. You can delete your account instantly in the app — Settings, then Delete Account. If you can no longer sign in, request deletion with the form below.

Option 1 — instant

Delete in the app

You can delete your account instantly from the app settings. There is nothing to request and nothing to wait for — the deletion runs the moment you confirm.

  1. Open OceanMind and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm. Your account and its data are removed from our systems immediately.
Option 2

Request deletion here

Use this only if you already uninstalled the app or can no longer sign in. If you can still open the app, Option 1 is instant. Enter the email address on the account. We verify the request comes from the account owner, then delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

You can also email info@oceanmindapp.com from the address on your account.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • Your account and profile: email address, name, profile photo, and sign-in identifiers (including Google and Apple sign-in links)
  • Practice history and progress: completed sessions, streaks, and course progress
  • Course completions and any completion images generated for you
  • AI-generated practices created for you, and the inputs used to generate them
  • Push notification settings and device tokens
  • Any password reset tokens tied to your email

This is irreversible. We cannot restore an account after deletion.

What we keep, and for how long

  • Backups: your data persists in encrypted backups and is purged within 180 days
  • Financial and transaction records: retained up to 7 years where tax and accounting law requires it
  • Fraud prevention: hashed identifiers, retained to prevent abuse
  • De-identified analytics: aggregated data that can no longer be linked to you, retained indefinitely

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Apple and Google handle billing, so cancel in App Store → Subscriptions or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions before you delete. Purchase records stay with Apple or Google under their terms.
